the agent we are listing with came by today. everything sounds great- our side i going to lease for 1200 a month!!!
and with both sides leased the agent thinks it will come under contract in a week!!!

my nursing dress

amongst all my free time- haha- i found a spot yesterday to sew up a new nursing dress from my own design. i like it. what do you think>?

look at how fab these look- we took down the doors, stripped them painted them, added new hinges, new hardware and hung them again!
i am so proud :)

CRUNCH TIME

i want to be finished with the duplex by Sunday- that way we can take all of Easter OFF!. i worked today from 10-2 and will go tomorrow from 10-4 ish. tomorrow we have the drywall guy coming, , the door guy,and my step dad coming. then Saturday we have me and gabe working all day long painting and installing cabinet hardware.
the worst part is everyone continually asking me if we are almost done. it feels just like being past my due date when pregnant and everyone asking if you've had the baby yet..'
