i was asked last week to do next week's foster parent support group training- the subject is attachment parenting the foster baby. how cool is that!!!
i have come up with a bunch of hand outs about why car seats are for cars only, why wear your baby and resources (books, websites) on attachment parenting. i also gave a wear to buy section (for slings).
i plan to talk about why crying it out is bad for babies in general, but especially foster babies, why wearing your baby is great for them, and show off different carriers using sweetpea as a cute !
